Reviews and Ratings
Our stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. While El Encanto Inn offered a charming experience with beautiful grounds and friendly staff, there were some hiccups related to room assignments and noise issues. Overall, it's a lovely spot in the art district with a cozy atmosphere, but beware of potential disturbances at night from nearby venues.
This charming boutique hotel is located in the heart of San Jose del Cabo's art district, offering a unique experience with beautiful gardens and a friendly atmosphere. While our room was spacious, we were placed on the second floor instead of the ground floor as requested, which was a bit of a letdown. The service was excellent, and the nearby restaurant provided a delightful dining experience. However, the facilities could use some updates to enhance the overall stay.
What a fantastic stay we had! This charming inn is a hidden gem in San Jose del Cabo. The rooms are beautifully decorated, making it a cozy retreat. The grounds and pool area are tranquil, though some furnishings could use an upgrade. The location couldn’t be better—just a couple of blocks from the historic town square. However, the dining situation wasn't what I expected, as there’s no onsite restaurant, which was a bit of a letdown. Overall, it’s a great place to relax and enjoy the surroundings.
Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The hotel is situated in a lively area that captures the essence of Mexico, making our experience feel authentically local. Our room was clean and spacious, with lovely views of the gardens and pool. The staff, especially Eduardo and Javier, went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The only drawback was that the music from nearby venues could be a bit loud on certain nights, but it didn't detract significantly from our overall enjoyment.
I recently stayed at this hacienda, and while the suite rooms were charming and authentic, I had a hard time enjoying the experience due to the extreme noise from a nearby bar that lasted well into the night. The overall cleanliness of the public areas seemed neglected, which was disappointing given the beautiful setting. It's a place with great potential, but the disturbances and lack of attention to detail significantly affected my stay.
